Gold Point Solutions provides subject matter expertise on airport passenger and employee screening checkpoints to guide airports, airlines, and General Contractors through the entire procurement, equipment selection, design, and deployment life-cycle. We represent the Owner during the entire project lifecycle, to lower the risk of delays, cost overruns, and, technical challenges. We draw on lessons learned from hundreds of previous deployments to ensure a smooth implementation which improves the passenger experience.

This includes:

• Overall system design, including design reviews

• Draft vendor RFP documents and assisting in response evaluation

• Equipment selection

• Realistic project budgeting and scheduling

• TSA coordination, including navigating the Capability Acceptance Process (CAP) equipment donation process

• Deployment management
